Shipping 

All orders will be shipped Tuesday-Saturday.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  

There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $7.00 for orders under $100.  Orders over $100 ship for free.

You may also choose to pick up your order in store.  Just click “In Store Pickup” when checking out.  

Returns

Kirby's Kloset will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of original purchase.  

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only.  No refunds will be given.  

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are needing to exchange an item for a different size, please email or call the store to ensure that the size you are wanting is available.  

Store credits are recorded under the customer's name, electronically in our point of sale system.  

Store credits do not expire and can be used in store or online.
